Getting Help With Learning

It is important that our children get the help they need to become the best person they can – and enjoy the success they deserve.

In order to help with being our best we have some special people who can help pupils along the way
The class teacher – always the first one to talk to about any concerns

Support Assistants in class – there to help every child achieve – no matter what the need

The Inclusion Team – ready to help with specific concerns about learning or behaviour – this team is best placed to help parents and pupils find the specific help they need.

The Family Support Team – who run open mornings and drop in sessions for families who need some extra support – from filling in forms, making phone calls or just listening.

Behaviour and Learning Consultant – make an appointment to see Mrs Guiliani who is available any Thursday morning to see parents and will work with pupils during the school.

Shine Time – pupils can make an appointment to see Mrs Hughes during some lunch times to share their issues and tissues – sometimes just a listening ear can make all the difference!
